We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are a completely accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the SUBMIT Button an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Turnbull & Asser.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Turnbull & Asser will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. We do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for despatch.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
- Inability to deliver due to conditions beyond our control

On submitting your order form you undertake and warrant that you are acting in your capacity as an individual customer and that any part or all of the goods being ordered shall not be used for resale or for anything else other than personal use.
Returning, within 7 working days, your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order
Where we receive your cancellation request prior to any goods being dispatched then you have nothing more to do. We will cancel the order and take no payment. If payment has been taken because the dispatch of your goods was imminent then the payment taken will be refunded in full to the same card that was used in making the payment.
However, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order by following the on-line Returns procedures. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.
Where your cancelled order is both returned to us within 10 working days of the receipt of your delivery and you have notified us by email of your wish to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your ‘order acknowledgement’ email, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
Please note that no returns will be accepted or processed at our store locations.
At Turnbull & Asser our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase choice, please do not hesitate to return it for a full refund.
We accept payment by AMEX (American Express), Diners (International), Electron, JCB, Maestro, Maestro International, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Credit, Visa Debit (Delta), and Visa/Mastercard Purchasing.
Please note that Turnbull & Asser does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment on-line.
Security Information that you might find useful.
We care about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority which is why we use Sage Pay (formerly Protx), a third party payment specialist. Sage are the largest independent payment processor in the UK and are compliant to the highest level in payment card industry security standards (PCI DSS). So you can be assured that all the information you enter is safe and secure.
We will not capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.
Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.
Through Sage Pay, we have also enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard). This is an additional check to confirm no one but you is using your card. This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of characters from your password e.g. first, third and fifth character. So don't be alarmed if this additional check appears.

All prices shown on the website prior to an order being placed are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Turnbull & Asser endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in its Jermyn Street Store. However, from time to time (particularly during Turnbull & Asser Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases on-line from www.turnbullandasser.co.uk that do not apply in our Jermyn Street Store. Additionally, items offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within the store and individual prices may apply.
Product Availability / Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for On-line Shopping. Our product availability falls in to two categories. The first category is Classic Lines, for which we will always endeavour to have stock available. The second category is Exclusive Lines (often run on a seasonal basis), for which once all the items have been sold then the product line will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.
All products are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent.
All delivery charges are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
All deliveries are subject to product availability.
The order cut-off time is 15:00hrs UK time. Orders placed before this time on a normal business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following normal business day.
With the exception of central London (London-England) and Russia all our deliveries are made by UPS (United Parcel Services), the world’s largest package delivery company. In the case of Russia UPS currently does not deliver to residential addresses because of issues with Russian Customs authorities. All Russian customer orders will be delivered by Royal Mail using the International Signed For service. All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery costs are quoted for each order and are not dependant on the number of items being delivered.
There is a minimum order value of £50 for deliveries to any destination.
When your goods have been despatched we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail will be a UPS Airwaybill number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel on the UPS web-site : UPS Tracking

Expedited Service : Please allow 15 working days, from the date of despatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website.
A charge of £20.00 will be made to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single World Wide address.
All orders exceeding £135 (net of returns) in value will be delivered Free of Charge using the Expedited Service level. Please note that an Expedited Service is NOT available to all countries in the world. If an Expedited Service is not available to your country of residence then the only alternative available will be the Express Saver Service. Please consider this when placing your order.
Express Saver Service : Please allow 12 working days, from the date of despatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website.
A charge of £26.00 will be made to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single World Wide address.
All orders exceeding £220 (net of returns) in value will be delivered Free of Charge using the Express Saver Service level. UK VAT will be automatically deducted from merchandise dispatched to non-EU countries. The total deduction will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Please note that there are certain countries where no delivery is possible because of conflict, fraud, political or other extenuating circumstances. Turnbull & Asser apologise for this, but the situation is obviously beyond our control.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Import Duty, Local Taxes and Related Expenses
Turnbull & Asser Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the parcel, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty, any local taxes and any courier administration charges relating to the importation of the goods.
Message Card and Gift Wrapping
We do not currently offer a message card or gift wrapping service for on-line orders.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 14 days after receipt and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made against the Credit or Debit Card used in the original purchase of the goods.
Goods must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed.
For hygiene reasons, Boxer Shorts may only be returned if unused and must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please do not return these goods if you have opened them. This will save the embarrassment of having a credit refused.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a copy of the Returns Form. Attach the Returns Label and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Turnbull & Asser cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied goods, or goods subject to an Order Cancellation. You must return the goods, together with their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
