Q. Does Turnbull & Asser provide a gift wrapping service? A. Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service. Q. Why am I unable to access Turnbull & Asser’s on-line store from my PC in the USA?
A. For contractual reasons Turnbull & Asser Limited is unable to offer product directly to persons living in the USA. At some point in the future we hope this situation will be remedied. In the meantime we can but offer our sincerest apologies to our valued US customers (who live in the US). Q. If one or more of my items is out of stock, will I be charged more than once for delivery? A. You will only be charged delivery once per order, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel. Your credit/debit card will only be charged after your order is ready for despatch. Q. I saw a shirt in your on-line store when I last visited it, but it is no longer there; can I still purchase it?
A. A number of our shirts (and indeed other products) are exclusive to Turnbull & Asser and are only made in limited quantities. This means that the full range of colours and sizes is only likely to be available for a short period. The simple message is that if you wish to own an exclusive line garment then please order early to avoid disappointment. Q. Can I return an unwanted present for a refund or credit note? A. If you are the person whose card was used to purchase the goods then they may be returned for a refund against the card used to make payment. Please read our Returns Policy and Returns Instructions carefully. These are contained in our Terms & Conditions. If you are the recipient of an unwanted present, then we regret that it cannot be returned for a refund. Obviously you will be able to return unwanted gifts if you arrange it through the original purchaser of the goods. |
